At Stillandlife, we want you to love what you’ve ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help make the return or exchange process as simple and fair as possible.
  1. Eligibility for Returns​
    Items may be returned within 14 days​ of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as hair accessories or pierced jewelry are non-returnable unless faulty.
  2. Initiating a Return​
    To start a return, please contact us at service@stillandlife.com​ with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Please do not send products back without prior approval, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
  3. Refunds​
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period, typically within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  4. Exchanges​
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items​
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours​ of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  6. Late or Missing Refunds​
    If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or payment provider, then contact us at service@stillandlife.com​ so we can assist further.
